Another outstanding book

Any book or video that you get from Dr. Fuhrman will be outstanding. This book, like all his others, is backed with straight forward information that we all need as it relates to health and our relationship with food.

I've read several of his books and this one is just as good as the other. However, since I've read so much of his work, I did not really learn anything new. But that says a lot about Dr. Fuhrman. He is a great teacher and a great teacher will repeat him/herself until learning has taken place.
