Good for non cooks!

I live alone and do not enjoy cooking (specifically prep & clean up) but a girl's gotta eat & the budget does not allow for nightly take out/ delivery...or weekly for that matter. I love that this book gives the basic recipe in simple terms then shows 3 different ways to switch it up. It even shows how to portion up or down depending on how many servings you want. Great investment!
Now if I could just get my prep work together this might even turn me into a cook!

This book is amazing. Got it a few weeks ago and have made 3 recipes. So flavorful. Love the tips she gives at the beginning of the book it was very helpful in making me feel more prepared as a new vegetarian/almost vegan. I hit a wall on my new journey of giving up meat and this is very helpful. I have another cook book but have yet to try because I seem to keep reaching for this.
