DISAPPOINTED

Love the book. Already owned it and purchased this one as a gift for a friend. He said that the way it was packaged in a cardboard style press with glue torn the cover off the book when opening. I've had trouble with other books packaged this way. Nothing wrong with the actual book, just the method of packaging.

Excellent read. Very positive and eye-opening

Excellent read. Very positive and eye-opening. Helps you break the cycle of negative thinking and give you new insight into things you have been telling yourself. It's from a faith based view, so it was great. It wasn't SUPER religious, which is annoying, but it's very positive without forcing God down your throat. I would recommend it to anyone.
