Well written and thoughtful

I was surprised the way this book turned out, but I couldn't put it down. However, it gives a unique look into an elderly mind. I couldn't help but wonder if this is the way that elderly people in general feel. It really bothered me to think about it in those terms. Everyone matters and it really breaks my heart to think that some people feel like they lose their self worth as they age.
