A Good Mystery

(8 year old reviewer) I really liked this book. It kept me interested until the end. THe best part was when the pups returned to the mother, but I won't tell you how that happens. You will just have to read it!

A Great series

This set of books is just a great set of books. They are written to an interest level of about 2nd to 4th grade with a reading level on about a 2nd grade level. My son has completely enjoyed these books at age 9.

Each book has a small mystery. In this case it is the wolves and the baby wolves are taken. The three young slueths solve the case. The three children in this book demonstrate positve character traits.

These are easy to read, short mysteries.

wonderful series

My son swiftly finished A to Z series, then we bought all stepping stone, and super edition books. I highly recommend all of them. He liked these books so much that he decided to write a letter to Ron Roy. He reads a lot, and likes some books more than others, but he never asked me if he could write to any author before. In his letter he told Mr. Roy how he enjoyed his books, and that he was the best writer ever, and asked him to never stop writing. I ended up emailing his letter through RR website because our original envelope came back undeliverable, to our surprise we heard back from Mr Roy. He replied "Thank you for your kind words". It made my day too! We are looking forward to new releases, I just noticed there are a few coming. Yay!

A Family Mystery

This story is fun because the kids go on a trip to Maine to visit some friends from earlier in the series: mystery author Wallis Wallace and her brother, Walter Wallace. Wallis Wallace definitely chose the right genre, because kidnapping and smuggling seem to be the norm whenever she's around. This time, the victims are three wolf pups, and it's up to Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose to find the puppies in time.

Great for my 8 year old niece

I purchased these for my 8 year old niece for her birthday (per her request). They are great for a child that loves to read and wants something a little more challenging/mysterious. She was very happy with these books. They seem to be great quality too. I highly recommend if you have a young reader in your home!

The White Wolf (A-Z Mysteries)

Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose visit their favorite author, Wallis Wallace in Maine. Abbi has been watching a mother white wolf with babies through a telescope. And then . . . the babies are missing. Will Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose find the babies and return them to their mother? ? ?

This series of kid mysteries is too fun to miss. There is a mystery for each letter of the alphabet. There is a certain coziness, fun, and warmth to these books. If you have younger children, I would highly recommend these books to them. And even if you don't have younger children, anybody can read these books, adults included.
