A true guide to peace with objective examples

I purchased this workbook after feverishly completing Nedra's prior piece titled "Set Boundaries, Find Peace". This workbook was such a delightful read. This workbook also contains thoughtful exercises to identify boundary issues, and even more importantly, how to overcome the challenges to establish and maintain healthy boundaries. I appreciate objective examples of how to put these ideas into action, and Nedra provided just that. It was so refreshing to use this workbook for further self reflection and feel as though I had a personal cheerleader, Nedra, who was rooting for me along the way. I will be recommending this many seeking this journey as well.

Use this workbook with the "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" book

I had originally listened to the audible of this book that goes with this workbook but I ended up realizing that it would be better with the workbook and the actual book so that I could take notes and respond to the questions. This workbook is easy to use, even without the book but it makes a lot more sense with the full background. The author fully thought out this whole workbook and how well it would work with her book. I would recommend this book for anybody that is having boundary issues with their family (inlaws, children, spouse, siblings), any relationship or friendship, with their employer or just need to setup better boundaries in their life.

The book concisely describes out what it means to control of your life. 1-3 paragraphs of examples are following by prompts for you to apply and synthesize the learning in your specific life. Includes sentence starters to help when you are at a loss for words. It also clearly defines toxic behavior so you can recognize people in your life that are controlling. Setting boundaries allows you to get your needs met while respecting the humanity of others. It also includes tips when people don't respect a boundary that you clearly communicated.

I got the book of the same author about boundaries and it seemed like it will be more practical if I’ll get the workbook as well. I LOVED the book, and there is journaling homework in it as well:
