Great book. Give your Sales Team the foundation for success!
Great book to set your sales team for success. To have a successful sales team you need give them the foundation to win. The book gives you the behind the scenes foundation, which many companies fail to provide, such as:
Good ongoing training and coaching, tech stack, clear process, CRM with good data and setup, ICP & personas, messaging and so on. If your sales teams are not hitting their numbers, take a look at this book, and you may find that they don't have the foundation for success.

The modern recipe to establish a culture of sales excellence!
The sales enablement playbook provides a solid framework for any sales organization who wants to establish a culture of sales excellence. I have had an opportunity to lead sales for a handful of hyper growth venture-backed companies and it would have been helpful to have access to The Sales Enablement Playbook to focus our efforts and eliminate a lot of time wasted developing our onboarding and enablement programs. Cory and Hilmon provide an easy to follow resource that will help anyone from the first time entrepreneur looking to scale a sales team to a seasoned veteran looking for modern ways to enable their sales organization for long-term success. This is worth the read!

Sales reps can’t do it alone
This is one of the best Sales books I’ve read. What is great about it is the level of simplicity and how tactical it gets. Sales reps are expected to almost everything in this book by themselves in most companies. This books shows how it all comes down to a specific message for a specific buyer, but a lot goes into that. I suggest that sales, sales ops, marketing, and research teams read this book together and come up with a strategy to implement. Too many departments are soloed and have their own agendas. The agenda should be a clear and relevant message for a specific buyer.

Simply the best!
Simply put, the best sales enablement, management, empowerment book written in a long time. All the insight you need without all the self-serving crap you don't. Practical advice on every page with real "how-to" guides. Its the real deal and book you'll keep on your desk (not your bookshelf) because you'll be referring to it often. Well done guys!!

Great guide for us as we build up our sales team!
This was a super helpful read for our team as we're starting to build up our sales team / learn more about what strategies might make that team most effective. I read it first, and immediately handed it off to our CEO, who then handed it off to others who are involved with sales, growth and product (pretty much everyone). Definitely recommend!

Definitely worth having in your sales enablement library!
To be upfront,I received a copy of the book for free from the author, though I didn't meet him until after I read the book.
Having said that, I think it is a fantastic manual for people like me, actual sales enablement practitioners. The book is very thorough, covering topics such as onboarding, training, targeting, tools, content, prospecting, closing, etc.. Each chapter is short, maybe 10 pages, but very concise and has great tips distilled to the essence. I really don't like books with lots of filler fluff or where the author inflates his ego. This book is completely opposite, and each chapter can be standalone.
I've had this book for 3 months and still refer back to it to make sure I've got all my bases covered from an enablement standpoint. For example, in the chapter on closing includes a list of useful details like payment terms, delivery times, support, etc. So this book is great as a high level reference as well as useful details.
