This book does a good job and explaining the rationale for breathing through our nose. It goes into the science a little bit and provides suggestions that you can do to improve your ability to breathe. After trying some of the suggestions, I have noticed an improved athletic performance within just a couple of weeks. It is a bit repetitive at times, but it is an easy, quick read for all ages.
