Book Review

{My thoughts} – Amanda and Leo are back in an all new book. They get to have another fun run in with Angelina the town, I don’t know what to really call her, witch maybe. She seems to have these abilities that no one else does. It allows her to know and do things that no one else can. Because she is able to know and do these things it also allows her the ability to help others to know and do things that they wouldn’t ordinarily been able to do without her interference.

In this book she sends Amanda and Leo back in time. She tells them that they are tasked with correcting a wrong. She was suppose to say some kind of thing to help their friends little sister Grace so that she wouldn’t get sick. She has said this for all the newborn babies born since the beginning of time. Anyways, she missed her chances with Grace and now she is leaving it up to Amanda and Leo to fix her wrong.

They are able to fix two of the days they are sent back on and on the third that they could have been able to fix they get stopped. Someone stops them and they don’t fix that day. When they get back to the present they learn a whole lot more about Angelina and Grace. It’s no wonder so many things have always seemed so odd and strange with Angelina being involved.

There is one more book left in the series and I look forward to reading it sometime soon! I might even start it tonight.

The Last Present is a great book and it made me not want to put ...

The Last Present is a great book and it made me not want to put it down. Wendy Mass does a wonderful job describing all of the characters. When Grace went into the "frozen state" it made me wonder how it had happened. But as soon as Amanda and Leo had to go to the hospital, I new Angelina had something to do with it. When Amanda and Leo find out that they can time travel I was just as shocked as they were. i didn't know how they would pull it off without their nosy parents getting in the way. Although it was Amanda and Leo so I knew they would figure it out. They were lucky to have Tara, Rory, and Ray by their side during their adventures. Near the end of the book I was worried that they wouldn't save Grace. Especially when they went back to Angelina's 18th birthday. And When Bucky Whitehead got involved, I was even more surprised. Finally Amanda and Leo find out that Angelina was trying to save Grace by putting her in the "frozen state". In the end Grace broke out of the state which really surprised me. And the fact that Grace could change and see the future was exciting just like the whole book. Anybody will like this book no matter what gender, what genres they like, or what age. Wendy Mass is a great author and I can't wait to read more of her books!
