Nice refresher

"The Health Habit: 7 Easy Steps to Reach Your Goals and Dramatically Improve Your Life" by Elizabeth Rider has some good advice that may seem more like a refresher than anything groundbreaking or new. That said, a refresher is never bad and it is attractively packaged and easy to follow. The recipes look do-able and the ingredients are mostly easy to find. Overall, it is a nice book that is worth a look if you want to start changing up habits.

A 28-day kickstart health plan

I thought I was getting a Cook Book and found lots of reading to be done. But, after reading a few chapters, I find that this book is more about my overall health for long term than just a quick fix diet plan.

Recently hit the big 60 and am starting to find my health declining. Living Gluten Free but still having lots of Gastro issues.

Really hope that if I follow this book, I will start feeling better.
