Great variety of vehicles

This is a great visual book with numerous types of vehicles. I actually didn't mind if some of the vehicles were outdated. It's still great read for even my 3 year old, who makes me laugh when he says rice combine harvester. I also have the Big Book of Trains, and the Big Book of Planes. Trains are the best of the 3, and the planes the least favorite.

Fantastic!

My vehicle-obsessed toddler is in love with this book - it has become a new staple. I didn’t realize the dimensions of the book when I purchased it, but my son loves how BIG it is! The cover is also slightly textured which he thinks is awesome. The book categorizes vehicles on each page spread (farm, roadwork, in the sky, etc), which makes it easy for him to find something specific, and easy to learn the groupings and what the machines are used for. Two thumbs up!!!

My two year old grandson loves this book

I spend afternoons with a little boy who loves machines, particularly anything with tires. This book is big, accurate, colorful, and we are both learning the names of work vehicles. He points to the book and says "Monster Truck!". We visit it several times a week.

Great info but large in size

Lots of great vehicles. I’m giving only 4 stars bc the extra large size of the book itself makes it hard for my 2.5 year old to read it on his own unless he’s on the floor. Still an enjoyable book though.

I've memorized it because my son loves to read it so much.

This is such a fantastic addition to any library. Great pictures and really helpful for a mom of a toddler who loves trucks and machines. Now I know the difference between a skid steer, backhoe, and excavator (among others). My sons LOVE this book!

Child read it 100x

It's an excellent book for children infatuated with transportation. My kid has worn out both the "Big Book of Trains" and "Big Book of Airplanes," -- making this addition a no-brainer.

My 2 yr old loves it. What more to say?

We had one of these books handed down from friends, and it had lost some of the pages and was MUCH loved and falling apart. My 2 yr old LOVES the new one. Updated but still some of the older pictures that he knew and loved.
