A lot of these recipes call for multiple pots/pans, or are "easy" if you just do the 2-3 hour prep work ahead of time. I really like the clean eating aspect, and there are some vegan options, but I'll probably stick to recipes that can all be cooked in one skillet.

I’m sure this lady worked hard writing this book. But personally, the recipes were not 30 mins. Who has time to make all these sauces and dressings etc in addition to making dinner? The recipes were not my favorite and it didn’t have pictures so it was hard to tell if some of my outcomes were looking correct or not. I’m gonna say not my go to or my fav book. A bit disappointed in it to be honest. It lasted about a week tried all the recipes that my husband and I would enjoy.. don’t think we will be getting much use out of this book to say the least..

Great tips, just wish they were more pictures of the food!

This book has lots of information about how to eat cleaner, so it’s definitely been a helpful tool in the kitchen. I especially like that it tries to make things convenient for you, because a lot of the other clean eating cookbooks require so many ingredients I’ve never even heard about, even though they are “clean.” these recipes seem attainable and easy to do during the week, even if you’re busy. Especially because most of these only take about 15 to 20 minutes to cook with minimal prep time. Each recipe has a bar at the top that will tell you different things about the recipe, for example if the recipe is dairy free, gluten-free, vegan, Etc.

The only caveat I have with this book is that there are hardly any pictures. I know that seems silly, but when preparing a recipe and deciding what to cook for the evening, I really like a visual of how to prepare some thing, because it teaches me more about the dish in the presentation, but it also excites me in wanting to make a dish. There are scattered pictures throughout this book, so it’s mainly recipes that you have to put your own spin on. So far, my family and I have tried a few recipes out of the book and we do like them!
