Sunshine and Sammy (Vested Interest: ABC Corp)

Excuse me Luke Adler 🔥 I loved this book. The chemistry was amazing and equally fast paced but just enough angst. I absolutely loved this ranch and the idea behind turning it into a whole guest experience of sorts. The families on both sides were amazing. That epilogue made my heart so happy.

I haven’t read any of the other books in this series and I was not lost at all. Definitely a stand alone but now I want to go back and read them all.

Sammy’s business is helping small businesses grow and become successful. She has her own show and works tirelessly to help her clients succeed. When she takes on an old ranch as a client she’s excited to create. After arriving ad meeting half of the siblings that hired her she knows it is going to me more complicated than she thought.

Luke is cranky and adamant that he doesn’t want to change the ranch. His sister knows they need to make a change to survive. When he realizes that Sammy is not going anywhere and it really is for the best things start working well.

Neither of them can deny the instant attraction to each other though and when they make the decision to keep it complication free and switch zero promises things seem to be going well. What happens when it’s time for Sammy to eventually go home? Will their deal hold up?

Sunshine and Sammy was a delightful read that will fill you with joy. I will admit that cowboy books are not usually my cup of tea, but I thoroughly enjoyed Sammy and Luke’s story.

Sammy is pure sunshine. She’s driven and determined yet cheerful and optimistic. She’s always sees the good in things and people and brings joy to those around her. Luke is the grumpy cowboy who’s resistant to change. He’s been hurt in the past so he’s built a wall around his heart, but it’s not strong enough to withstand the power of Sammy’s smile.

“You turned my world upside down, yet somehow righted it at the same time.”

I loved these two. Both were fantastic characters who were strong yet gentle. I loved how Luke was never afraid to apologize when he made a mistake and the tenderness he showed Sammy even when he was trying to resist her appeal. Sammy was so respectful of Luke and knew how to handle his gruffness from the start. The chemistry between them was the off the charts.

Full of heart, heat, and so much love and laughs. Sunshine and Sammy was a fun story that will brighten your day. I loved all of the characters and couldn’t help but fall in love with them.

The sexual TENSION between Sammy & Luke is delicious, crackling with chemistry and waiting for the perfect moment to combust. I loved every bit of their story. The Vested Interest ABC corp series is phenomenal. I love this family and the circle around them. I'm addicted to Melanie Moreland’s books, her characters, and these incredible book boyfriends that I just can't let go! Every. Single. One!! This is how often I find myself falling in love with, yet another book boyfriend written by her.

Sunshine & Sammy is the newest book in the ABC Corp spinoff series by Ms. Moreland and another winning romance that pulls you in and wraps you up in a big warm hug. Luke is a hard-working rancher who gets knocked off his feet by Samantha Morrison, Liv & Van’s daughter who most of us remember as “Mouse.” Ms. Moreland has the wonderful ability of putting the reader in the middle of her storyline and in this case, in the middle of this beautiful ranch. I could see myself working right along side Luke & Sammy and all the wonderful and helpful neighbors, having dinners together with them and just enjoying ranch life. Of course, my favorite aspect of these books is being able to catch up with this ever-growing family! I enjoy Ms. Moreland’s epilogues so much because we get to see a little bit into the future of these wonderful characters. Another winner – sweet and steamy, but always inspirational and insightful as well. I’m very grateful to have been given the opportunity to read an early copy of this book for my honest opinion.

I love this series and family.
She did such a good job writing about Sammy and Luke.
I didn't want it to end. I definitely think Melanie should write more stories about cowboys 😉
