Description

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her..

Features & Highlights

  • The moment everything changed didn’t happen in that cliché rockets-red-glare kind of way, it happened in the form of a waking nightmare. I caught my husband, my high-school sweetheart, the father of my children, balls deep in a sordid affair. That was when I gave up on men and love. I didn’t count on the NHL’s golden boy, the beautiful, arrogant Cooper Stone turning my life and my hockey rink upside down.My kids are why I wake up in the morning.Hockey is what Cooper breathes for. We’re from different worlds and places in our lives but when our hearts collided something so wrong and different turned into something so right.

Cheers and FIVE Stars!

OMG this book is utter perfection!

I'm the first to admit that I have not read Natasha's books in her publishing order and for that I am disappointed because her debut novel is amazing!

The story of Parker and Cooper is at times fun, sexy and heart breaking. It's a fun romantic comedy with just the right amount of angst!

This story was and is clearly the first building block for all of Natasha's worlds... everything comes back to Parker and Cooper!

As per my usual I am stunned by Natasha's ability to write a story that just sucks you and makes you feel all the feels!

Cheers and FIVE Stars!

Something so YESSSS!

What an amazing read from an amazing new author. I am a huge fan of hockey romance and this book totally had me. I adore strong females characters like Parker. She is the owner of a ice rink, mom, newly divorced from her cheating husband, ends up with the mother of all hockey players on her doorstep, Cooper Stone. Let me tell you, he is one sexy hot alpha!

From the get go he is busting her chops.

“You won’t be here tomorrow, so that won’t be a problem. When I’m done talking to with your boss, let’s hope you still have a job.” He turns on his heels and walks out.

His arrogance had me grinning because I loved how it showed how competent and strong Parker was to stand up to him. She quite simply leveled him with her smarts and clever tongue. I loved her. She could hold her own and Cooper’s attitude in the beginning slapped that home. With that said, I don’t think he realized he needed that. He did not see Parker coming. It was the perfect and when Parker registered on his radar, FORGET ABOUT IT! There was no place for her to escape and why would she want too?? Two words my friends, “eight” and “pack”. BAM!

Even with his amazing physical attributes, the man has a heart of gold that matches this single mother of two. He jumps right in and like his style of hockey play, his approach to Parker is hard and fast.

Talk about second chance love. This story has it all, passion, sizzling sex, love, bantering, and those adorable kids. I need to also mention Parker’s BFF, Meghan. I spat on my keyboard with their texting exchange after her office interlude with Cooper. I mean that girl cracked me up. Reminded me of my best friend and me. I love books that I can relate to the characters in certain situations and I so very much did that with “Something So Right”.

I am a super fan of sports romance

I am a super fan of sports romance, especially hockey. When I stumbled upon this genius of a book, I was super excited and let me tell you I was not disappointed in the lightest. Cooper Stone is my new hero, my sex god, the man that I dream about …. And let me tell you why ….
Cooper Stone is an anomaly when it comes to hockey male leads in sports romance. When he meets Parker for the first time, it is not all roses and daisies, in fact when the two meet, it is heated, confrontational and an all means war …. Parker doesn’t take crap when it comes to Cooper and soon he finds out he has met his match, in the beautiful, genuine and mother of two.
When Cooper meets Parkers family, he cannot help but fall in love with her. However, with a psycho ex who cannot let go, Parker’s insecurities get the best of her. Can the two overcome the obstacles that keep getting thrown their way? Will love prevail?
Natasha Madison has created a great new hockey romance novel and I hope she continues with a series. Madison has created a fan out of me, as this is one of the best hockey romances that I have read in a long time. If you love hockey, sports romance, or just are looking for a good contemporary read, then Something So Right is the book for you. Make sure you add it to your To-Be-Read Shelf!

... debut novel and let me tell you it's a good one! I knew I had to read it ...

Something So Right is Natasha Madison's debut novel and let me tell you it's a good one! I knew I had to read it as soon as I read the synopsis.

Something So Right was about a woman named Parker who's life got turned upside when she found her husband having an affair. She endsup taking over her family's ice rink which she is a physical trainer. She has a new client who she has to start training. Cooper Stone is a professional hockey player who is determined to get the best out everything. He ends up having to go to physical therapy for hurting his knee and is sent to Parker's rink. Parker and Cooper didn't get off on the right foot and that has Parker thinking Cooper is a self centered cocky manwhore, when Cooper on the other hand wants Parker and won't stop until he gets her.

Parker was my favorite character she was full of sass. Don't even get me started on her cousin Meaghan. Those two right there made the story for me. I liked Cooper's character, but I just didn't seem to connect with him. I think it had something to do with him calling Parker babe all the time lol. But truthfully Copper was a good man. They way he cared for Parker after knowing about her past relationship and knowing how guarded her heart was just too perfect. Don't even get me started on the way he treated the kids. He cared for Matthew and Allison like they were his own children and didn't have a problem about it at all lol.

I think Natasha did an amazing job on her debut novel and can't wait to read more from her!
