Captain Qaiyaan & his crew of Denaidan pirates come upon a ship in deep space and go to salvage what they can, they never could have imagined that the salvation of their race was waiting in a cryogenic pod aboard. Denaidan's a race of people who have incredible ionic abilities have had their world destroyed by Syndicorp a greedy corporation. The few remaining males know that they are the last as their abilities kill any other female they attempt to breed with. However when they rescue Lisa from the cryogenic pod she was in Qaiyaan is immediately attracted to her as she is to him. With nano bots embedded in her brain could she be the one female in the universe that will not be killed by his touch? This was such a great read action, adventure and romance on a pirate ship in space. Tamsin Ley did a fantastic job with this book its got amazing species and a world that completely sucks you in, once I picked it up I read it all. I am voluntarily and honestly reviewing an ARC of this story.

Mrs. Ley is stretching her writing muscles and branching out in this book all the way to space. I very much enjoyed the world building she worked to setup in this book, and look forward to more in it in the future. I enjoyed the relationship that was developed between the two main characters, Lisa and Qaiyaan. I really enjoyed the fact that Lisa wasn't a useless little girl, but an experienced woman. The situation of the crew was heartbreaking, but certainly brought us closer to them. I look forward to reading more about them too.

Oh My Goodness!! I really, really loved this book. I couldn't put it down!! I had to read it in one sitting. You get action, space pirates and of course, love. I am looking forward to the next one in this series. I voluntarily read this book and this is my honest review.

A fun space adventure.. filled with intrigue, heroes, monsters, friendship, spies, pirates, struggles, victory and of course romance! I am very much looking forward to the next book!!

Qaiyaan can rescue me anytime, ha! Rescuing Lisa from her cryo pod on her disabled ship was the catalyst for a great adventure in space. They are being hunted from all sides by forces. What I liked about this story was the chemistry, and the depth of the secondary characters by the author. I did volunteer to read this awesome tale and received an ARC in order to do. This is a fast paced thrill ride of drama, intrigue, humor, romance and steam. I can't wait until the next installment! 😊

A very good introduction to the series. Ms Ley introduces new species, builds drama with new worlds and old grudges around a destroyed race and destroyed lives for the sake of money and control. The plot is plausible and the characters well written making you want to learn more about them. I am looking forward to the stories of the other crew members on this galactic hunk of junk pirate ship. I have voluntarily submitted this review in return for an advance copy of this book.

This book was provided to me by the author and let me say I have enjoyed everyone I have read. This time we get space pirates, a human woman that's been part of some experiments, cartels, danger, attraction and so much more. It was really Good, fast paced and leaving you wanting more.
