Nursing Notes the Easy Way: 100+ Common Nursing Documentation and Communication Templates

Now I know why you don't get to see a sample page or two, because you would be able to see if it fits your needs. I'm not returning the item as there are two or three pages of material that I have found useful - three out of fifty is just 6%. I should have taken the advise of other reviewers but as a new nursing student I was desperate for a guide in writing nursing notes.

wasn't what I expected it to be. Wished it had more info. great for a pocket size, but not enough info for the cost

Very easy to use, the size could be smaller to fit the packet but binder kind made the notes easy to look and lasting for long time.

I received this book today and I am just so disappointed. The book is the length of my wallet and has very few pages in it. The examples of nursing notes in the book are short, and hardly explain anything. I noticed most of the notes consisted of what the patient said, which I know is important to document, but I feel like the author wrote the patients' account just to fill up space in the book. I think the book was expensive for no reason, not only did it not have enough content, but it was poorly made. The front cover was flimsy, and the pages were thin. This book should not have cost more than $5. I'm returning it and getting my money back.

This is a very handy reference to help with the phasing of notes. What information should be entered. Clean and concise

Excellent resource when trying to educate nursing students about what to focus on in the nursing note and a great guide for seasoned nurses that sometimes struggle also. Very easy to find what you are looking for as listed by systems in alphabetical order. This can help students think critically because it helps them visualize what they are documenting about.

I ordered 4 books on charting, after reviewing them all I liked this book the best. I have used it over and over. It is a great guide on what you need to chart and the correct way to write your notes. I would highly recommend this book for someone who is looking for a quick reference on documentation.

Not worth the money.

Not remotely helpful. No templates as promised. Basic and ridiculously rudimentary. Don’t waste your money.
