Nothing Less (2) (The Landon series)

Crying , the last book of the after series - I was not ready to put the book down. Absolutely love this book more than the first one, his love story is your typical Disney fairytale and definitely worth the read. He had his fair of issues and events like Tessa but I’m glad Landon married who he married- she truly loved him and I think I’m team Landon lol he won my heart in this book! Definitely recommend if you lovers Anna Todd las book of the after series .

I'm now completed with the 7 book after series and ready to read all again! This book was great and I wasn't ready for it to be over. Landon is no Hardin but his series was still amazing in his way. I hope all 7 of the books are made into movies.

Not nearly as good as After.

Book was great! Quick read - wrapped up the After Series nicely with learning more about the character Landon.

I was disappointed with the storyline. Compared to the first books in the series that featured Hardin, this was a very boring read.

Another amazing story from Anna Todd! She never fails to meet the expectations that I create when I open the cover of a book! Landon's story is exciting, real, and unpredictable. With the anticipation created at the end of the After series, of not knowing Landon's fate, your questions are finally answered! The book was amazing from start to finish and I cannot wait to see what Anna comes up with next!

Huge fan of Anna Todd After Series!!! so happy and excited that her After series continues as Tessa and Hardin story ends a new one begins!!!! 5 stars!!!!

I’m new to this series. As in, I’ve not ready any of the previous books by this author. So, that put me at quite the disadvantage starting this book.

The very first paragraph of this book caused me to scratch my head and wonder if my luck had finally ran out with starting books in the middle of a series and being able to enjoy them.

Nothing Less begins through the eyes on Landon. It took me a few chapters to get acquainted with this character but from what I was able to understand, he’s a young college dude living with his best friend (who happens to be a woman) in NYC. He’s been crushing on his roommate’s friend, Nora (Sophia?) for a minute and the book begins with a super sweet turned steamy encounter between the two.

Nora (Sophia) is a woman of mystery. She’s totally smitten with young Landon but at 25 (5 years his senior) she is hesitant to pursue a true relationship with him. She’s also super secretive. She definitely has skeletons hiding in her closet and guards them well against Landon.

This story also features a slew of characters that are important to the story line but I’ve clearly missed a LOT when it comes to the tangled webs in which they’re all connected.

Dakota is apparently Landon’s ex girlfriend. (She’s also Nora’s ex roommate?) Landon and Dakota have a deep history with each other and he’s struggling with cutting her off completely from his life.

So basically, we spend this book waiting to see who it is that Landon married at the end of the previous book. It feels narrowed down to two possible choices but somewhere toward the end, I started to think that maybe there is a third option that I’d missed.

Despite being at an extreme disadvantage by not having read the previous books in this series, I enjoyed this read! I would strongly recommend starting at the beginning of you are new to this series though. I have a feeling that I’ve missed some big plot twists in this book by being in the dark.

As soon as I’m caught up on reviews, I’m totally starting at the beginning if this series and putting the rest of the pieces together.

Nothing Less starts off right where the last book left off. Landon and Dakota have ended things, but somehow they can't give each other up yet and sometimes that can be a problem. Landon finds himself wanting to know Nora more and more, but she is hell bent on keeping him out.

Landon is such a sweet guy! He has always been that guy, even in the After Series. He's always been the one Tessa can lean on and even at times Hardin, so I guess it was time that Landon be the one struggling to figure his relationships out. He knows he wants more with Nora, but she is so mysterious in her ways. She doesn't want a relationship, or for Landon to get to know too much about her, but she wants to be friends. That just drove me bonkers because they are clearly majorly attracted to each other! And even after they get closer Nora is still keeping him at arms length, dear god woman just stop! Landon can't turn to Tessa for advice because that is a major conflict since she and Nora are god friends, so he goes to the only other person he can which is Hardin. That just cracked me up because Hardin is still a mess in a lot of ways, and he still needs to fix his crap with Tessa! Anyway, he wasn't so bad at the advice part though.

I love the way Landon and Dakota's relationship progressed throughout the book. They have a lot of history and Landon wasn't just going to cut her off, because it's not right. Sometimes people are so much a part of your life that even if the relationship changes they will always be there, sometimes very minimally, but there none the less. Now all we were waiting for was whatever the heck Nora was hiding! Will their new relationship survive that storm?!

Landon proved time and time again that he is a man of his word! I loved him then, I love him now, I will always LOVE HIM! If you're a fan of the After Series, you do not want to miss out on Landon's story!
