Description

About the Author Chevy Stevens is the author of Still Missing and Never Knowing . Before becoming a writer, she worked as a realtor. When she held open houses, she had a lot of time waiting by herself between potential buyers, and Stevens would spend this time scaring herself with all the things that could happen to her. The most terrifying scenario she thought up became the story behind Still Missing . Stevens grew up on a ranch on Vancouver Island, and she still calls the island home. When she’s not writing, she’s hiking with her husband and her dog in the local mountains.

All Characters (except the dog) Need to Go Camping'

I am on page 263 & I hope they all are done in by the Campsite Killer. Sara is so neurotic I can't stand her. The daughter is a brat who kicked & threw something at the poor dog. I cannot tolerate animal abuse fiction or not. The sisters are both annoying. I am hoping they all go camping (except the dog) & take Sandy the cop and the dad along with them! I just want it over!

Twists and turns in this thriller!

I love Chevy Stevens books..You never know where she is going with hers and always some twists in the story.

This one gets you thinking, would you really want to know or not know something? Sara Gallagher is going to be married soon, she has a young daughter and is very happy with her life. But she was adopted and she always wanted to know her parents and why did they give her up. She is happy with the family she grew up with, two sisters and a loving mother..The father has always seemed like he
"picked on her" but she was happy..Now that she is going to get married, she wants to know. So she hires a detective who finds that who her mother is. ..Then when the detective calls her with important information about her mother..He gives her the name she is going by now - Julia, but also her real name..She was the only victim that escaped from the Campsite Killer, who is still active. When Sara contacts her mother, her mother tells her not to ever call again.

Not being able to let it go, she delves into the history of her mother and the Campsite Killer..When she figures it out, she comes to the conclusion, that she is the killer's daughter!

A great book, that won't let you go..I loved it.

MUST read!

The best of her books! This one you really do not want to put down. In spite of the length, I finished it in three days and was sorry it ended.

Didn't see that coming

First off Chevy Stephens is an awesome author IMHO who should be more well known. I gave this four stars instead of five only because it was a little slow at times in the middle. However the end makes it worth it. Adopted woman finds out her biological dad is a serial killer.
