Features & Highlights

  • Midoriya inherits the superpower of the world’s greatest hero, but greatness won’t come easy.
  • What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called “Quirks”? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? The Hero Academy of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless? The League of Villains has kidnapped Bakugo, and the resulting negative publicity has thrown U.A. into a huge uproar. With the public’s trust in heroes threatened, the faculty convenes to figure out what to do. But Midoriya and the students of Class 1-A have plans of their own—an operation to rescue Bakugo that could get them thrown out of school!

These are all the censored version

I bought the whole up-to-date collection. (1-25) Disappointed to learn that, unlike the online books, these are censored. I'm looking into returning the whole lot. If you're ok with Bakugo sounding more like Medoria, then you won't mind.

Camp Arc

This manga goes over the end of the Camp Arc and Bakugou getting kidnapped all the way to the confrontation with All Might and AFO. This one is personally my favorite because it has a lot of the villians, especially my favorite Shigaraki and Dabi. Everything came in perfect condition, nothing was bad or out of place or damaged. 10/10

interesting for teens

My Hero Academia book 10 was really interesting when a character got kidnapped! The Hero tried to save the kidnapped character. I liked all the action in this book. I disliked when one of the Hero's friends went rogue,. He came back at the end so that was good. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes anime. Preteens mostly would enjoy this series. It is really cool because you read this book series from back to front!

Amazing

Horikoshi's well developed characters and unusually fast paced arcs bless me yet again.
I can't wait til Volume 11 gets released in English, so I can support the series once more, officially!

It continues to get more serious, you just feel ...

It continues to get more serious, you just feel for the characters as loss & damage is shown rather quickly on. Only to lead into conflict within on what our heroes should do next to save their friend from the hands of evil.
