I was really excited about this book. We want our daughters to understand what daddy does while he’s away from us at work.

However upon reading the book, I noticed a few pages are out of order and the story doesn’t make sense. Pretty bummed about it.

This is such a cute book! The words are big and the illustrations are adorable! I love that it explains why Daddy can’t be there all the time at home because that can be a difficult concept for young kids to understand, especially on night shift.

My brother is a police officer and I thought this book would be great for his toddler children. Very cheap looking and $13 for a flimsy paperback book seemed like a rip off. I was not impressed with the quality. If it were $5, sure.
