For the Monster Girl Lovers Audience (bit of spoiler and ramblings)
The standard setup, one guy with growing number of monster girls being romantic interested in him. Except, the guy is a doctor of monsters; he meets different patients and treating them with his lamia nurse. I do like the history of the town and how diverse of life styles for different monsters (kinda expected it to be). I'm always up for monster girl related content. If you don't mind the few inconsistencies and typos, then this book was decent and easy to read. Very slice of life if you like that genre.
----Spoilers and Ramblings----
There were a few moments in the writing where I stopped and had to read that line again. Like when centaur princess asked the MC if there was anything wrong with her examination yesterday, he replied, "No, you're healthy. Thanks, I'm sure, to your normal, everyday lifestyle." What? Can you repeat that?
Then when the dragoness visits the clinic, the book said, "She was a dragon, capable of destroying whole cities and entire nations." Wait a minute, if they were so powerful, how come the monsters didn't win/had an advantage during the war?
And when the flesh golem was in the alley and the MC was examining her disembodied leg somewhere else, the golem "covered her mouth with her right hand to make sure her labored breathing didn't escape." Wait a minute, at that time she lost the lower part of her right arm, so...
Why Glenn doesn't want to mention that nobles kept monster girl slaves to Sapphe? She's an adult, why keep a zipped lip about it? Is it some state-wide kept secret? Does the monster community know about these kidnappings and enslavement? Moments like these kept me wondering, 'why?'
I don't know if it's the author, translator, editor, or lack of a proofreader that these kind of errors happen. Inconsistencies here and there broke the flow of my reading.
It's a slice of life story trying to keep it borderline PG. The fight with bandits, no one dies (not written at least) and the bandits treated the harpies well. I raised my eyebrow reading that. Bandits? BANDITS treated the harpies well in captivity.
Despite some serious subject matters mentioned throughout the book, it kept its comedic, light tone overall. Not a book to delve into complex or dark topics.

They Published a Working Draft
The story was pretty humorous, engaging, and quick-paced. Not a beautifully-written piece of work, but it was fun to read and a bit of a guilty pleasure. They ended at a natural pause in the story, and while the characters and situations may have been a bit absurd, they never felt forced. There was also a high volume of z-ton's artwork scattered throughout; a masterful rendition of monstergirls, as always.
That said, it is absolutely appalling that this book was allowed to be published. The sheer volume of grammatical and editing errors in the text is systemic throughout the entire work and really takes a lot from the reading enjoyment. It's as if the publishing company forgot to do a final round of editing texts; almost everything could have been caught with an additional, blind read-through. Frankly, had I bought this work from Amazon instead of a local book seller, I'd have returned it by now. Seven Seas should be ashamed to have released this as it currently is, and I can only hope they step up their game with Volume 2.

Montes Girl Doctor a light novel worth reading
I would like to say this book was worth reading completely, specially if you have enjoyed reading stories about monster girls in General. Whether or not you have read stories about monster girls, this is one of the best stories about monster girls so far, based on a 5 star rating I would give it 4.5 stars. I chose this rating because it speaks about monster girls in a different perspective, not only does the author give detailed information about all the characters in this book, but he also makes it clear to know in which direction is the story heading. I must admit it contains suspense, drama, romance, comedy, and a small amount of action, however the action is not in the way that the reader might expect. One thing I will also add, is the fact that from all the details on this book, any studio could create either 3 episodes for an anime series or 3 episodes for a live action series. The only flaw in this book is that the story leaves you feeling as though you can't wait any longer to read the next book,it will leave the reader asking the author when will the next book come out.

Dr Glen is open to harems lol
If you like monster masume, everyday life with monster girls, you will enjoy this light novel. Even the author states he got his inspiration from the anime and manga to write this light novel. This novel we meet our protagonist Glen and his ever expanding harem of monster girls shall we say more, the story was well written and took place in a monster/human community. Glen was the towns doctor and this basically follows his adventures with various monster girl patients and the overall story of the town and the events that occur within it. Don't want to spoil it but it was a fun and enjoyable read, was the translation from Japanese to English good, yes it was good, does it keep the story flow going yes it did. You will enjoy this story especially if you like monster girls, fair warning if you like monster girls you will see a lot of characteristic plot themes in the cases. Enjoy!

Dr. Glenn will see you now
In the city of Lindworm, monsters and humans co-exist after years of war. However there are not enough specialists who know how to care for the health of the population. Dr. Glenn is a 17 year old human who runs a medical clinic for monster folk and with his childhood friend and assistant, the albino lamia Sapphee, he works to help all those who enter his doors. But the patients can be a little quirky, but he cares for each of them equally. But when danger comes to his door, he will need all the help he can receive from those he himself helps.
A new genre of monster/human relations. Take Monster Masume meets Nurse Hitomi and add in a good backdrop and history of the world the characters reside in. I personally thought it was enjoyable and can not wait to see what happens next in the series.

stands alone inside its genre
If you're a monster girls fan you'll like this like novel and even if you're not its still a good story in what seems like a well thought out universe, I've read all 7 installments that are currently in print in English and have enjoyed all of them the universe is engaging and even for a harem style story there's time for character development for each character as they are added the illustrations are good but I could stand for there to be more of them, The main character is likable the female protagonists all get enough depth how the author came up with original illnesses for every sick monster is really clever and how each installment can be read alone but each builds on the next is also really good

Weird but interesting.
I wish the author and the publishers well. For me I prefer a straight manga rather than a lite novel... But it's pretty good.
