So take whatever you find useful in this book, and discard the rest. Don't believe any of what it's telling you just at face value - test it for yourself. That's where the true value of this information lies: in experiencing and finding out what actually works for you, what doesn't, and what can make your life better and easier.xa0We'll begin with Neville giving brief instructions for how to imagine and receive specific things you want through a deepened sense of relaxation. Then we'll move on to explore the more all-encompassing benefits of this deepened sense of relaxation.
