Make Bank (when you think like one)

What's great about Terence Michael's "Make Bank" is that he's made all the mistakes for you and he tells you what works and what doesn't work when it comes to truly passive income generating opportunities and strategies. The easy to grasp details are granular and honest. (Note to self: delete loan-sharking from my todo list.) Before reading this book, I considered myself to be fairly well-versed in the standard investment opportunities - stocks, real estate, cryptocurrencies, etc. "Make Bank" covers all of those but from a completely different perspective revealing opportunities I never knew existed. And then the book goes beyond those standard investment vehicles and opens a window on a world of lesser known opportunities (lawsuits? artwork?) for transforming personal finances into "an automatic money machine." After reading "Make Bank" for the first time, I felt like I had discovered a door in my house that I never noticed before and when I opened that door, behind it was not a closet or another room but a whole other house! full of innovative ideas. After reading it for the second time, I had identified several investment strategies I could easily implement with minimal time and effort. I expect to find some new golden nugget each time I re-read this book. It's one of those.

This book literally made me money day 1. I love that it has actionable content, not just 'theory,' and most of all, it's written in plain English for those of us still learning all these strategies. That being said, just because it's in plain English, doesn't mean it only scratches the surface... no. This book helped me understand the concepts and then put money to work day 1. Can't wait to keep implementing the strategies as I continue to grow my wealth. I suggest this book for beginners and advanced wealth strategists alike. It has something for everyone!

I finished the audio version of "MAKE BANK" in my car... First, I consider myself a very financial literate individual and thank my net worth on a life long love of learning about and growing wealth... that said, "MAKE BANK" opened my eyes to so many new potential investments and income streams I wasn’t aware of... I’ve got very detailed “notes” for areas to drill down into and pursue. I would frame this book as 1. A mindset (for newer investors and growers of net worth) AND 2. A manual or playbook for investments and income streams. NICE WORK & THANK YOU!

This book was the best find I'd ever made. I have bought additional copies for friends. I continually go back to it and it's a staple reference that I use over and over. The information shared is the true secret sauce. Praise and admiration to Terrance for sharing his knowledge. He has an older podcast which is also phenomenal and an insta account that keeps you on the right path. Very encouraging. You need this book.

Straightforward no BS to what you can do now with idle money. Wish I had this years ago, and so much better than most personal finance books. Buy and read now!

Fantastic book full of several nuggets!!!

This book is so informative, regardless of whether or not you use all of Terrance's practices. He paints a great picture of the modern financial landscape, and how it's changing. The fact that Terrance personally uses the methods he writes about make this book an excellent road map for anyone looking to grow their wealth, or for anyone just interested in the digital financial age. Definitely worth a read!

Make Bank is very timely and has really great advice on how to make money while you sleep. The author is very entertaining while educating on secret ways to have your money work for you. I’ll be reading this a few times to make sure I utilize all the great info.

Tangible, practical and accessible advice to building wealth. Can't wait to implement all his tips. This book makes me feel optimistic about the future!
