Vishous And Jane Are Kinda Boring

I do like this book, because it's worth it in the end. I was glad to get to know more about Vishous, but the character Jane bored me. I like Beth, Mary, Bella, and Marissa, but Jane was just such a colorless character. By the end of the book she finally, becomes interesting. It was difficult to see what was so strongly drawing Vishous to Jane, but by the end of the book I was glad he had her, because she makes him happy. His story is strong and her story just wasn't. I liked the continuation on the story of Darius/John and his training. I'm ready to start the next BDB book, but so far this was my least favorite love story of all the characters, because I just couldn't feel their attraction to each other and it bored me a little until the end of the book.

I loved this book

Vishous, Butch, and Jane's story. I loved this book, up until the ending. I was sad for Jane, but I still feel Vishous got his HEA. I loved the relationship between Butch and Vishous. While it was one sided, their funny conversations and playful nature's made it less awkward.

The brothers are still dealing with the Omega threat and the lessers. The scribe virgin is kind of awful. I still enjoy that the other brothers are not forgotten and we get their stories mixed in, while the focus is on one brother and his mate.

Love the tandem of V and Doc Jane

The story was astounding and developed perfectly until it took a turn that I didn’t quite like. How could Ms. J. R. Ward give Vhisous such HEA? I thought V deserved better, especially with his special lineage. Overall, this installment was entertaining in spite of less chaotic scenes from the Lessening Society, and of course, it’s another great addition to the series.

The Best lead female yet!

J.R. Ward... That enough deserves 5 stars! But I have to say I was never a big fan of V unto this book, and while he's not my favorite, he definitely won a place in my heart. And of course the Butch/V moments are great! Add in a snarky no-nonsense woman and it's a trip :)
