Looking for something different

While this book would be great for some one who is looking for an overview of Switzerland, I was looking for something more in depth. I was looking more for more in depth descriptions. Because I will be spending a month there, I was hoping for more ideas attractions that are not the norm for the casual traveler. However, this book would do well for the first time visitor or one who is not going to be there for a long time and wants to hit the highlights and must sees.

Very good Guide, well laid out, and funny.

Enjoyed this guide with others on our trip. Multiple guides gave us more information. This guide geared more to younger travelers and those who stay in Hostels as well as anyone else. Some of the information was funny and we enjoyed reading the excerpts. covered all the information we needed.

I recommend it.

We used this guide when we traveled to Switzerland in October, 2012. You can't beat Lonely Planet books for telling the whole story, and we relied on it continually.
