Living Crazy Love: An Interactive Workbook for Individual or Small-Group Study

I bought this to go with the Crazy Love book. I love love love them both! I am not done reading it as we are doing 2 chapters at a time with my small group. But so far it's life changing!

The book gets 5 stars hands down. This workbook is good if you really want to torture yourself. Chan is very convicting in his book. If you don't get the 2x4 over the head, you're not ready for this study. The workbook is just another way Chan slaps your ego around. For me out was too much. The book alone was enough.

We absolutely love this workbook. It has been very challenging (in a good way) and has brought lots of deep discussion within our small group. We do this study along with the DVD's, and it's been great. The way that Francis Chan writes/speaks is very conversational. It doesn't seem like he's trying to make anyone feel bad about where they are in life, but he brings a lot to the table when it comes to things to think about. Highly recommend this study for anyone in their journey.

This is not the real Crazy Love book. Make sure to check the version of Crazy love you are buying first. This is a study version. I now have to reorder to get the real book version.

I'm still reading the book, but can say I did a study on Chan's "Forgotten God" book, and it was GRREAT...VERY convicting & a source to return me to the One Who gave EVERYTHING for me and literally saved my life.

This workbook was a wonderful addition to the book Crazy Love. It helps explore the topics in the book more in depth. Great to have in a small group setting along with the DVD.

(This is a workbook for one of the greatest books I have read by a brother in Christ~ Crazy Love!)Since 1st told about this book, I was sceptical, as my family does not attend just any ol' building "called church". That will be dealth with in this book. But as many say it is a legalistic book, and slander Francis Chan as legalistic~ Skip this book and all the writing's of Apostle Paul! (said with sarcasim) as so many do not wish to venture out and be doers of God's Word, but pay for others to do so? What if it is us, God desires to use? Let me get to a review before I start into a personal sermon!.... Crazy love, is simple enough for a child to comprehend, yet is challenging to the man/woman in Christ over 30 years!.. If you desire to grow, to do something for God (That He has pre-ordained already) I suggest this read. It is in chapters, so you can do it as a couple/single/church/bible-study group etc.. It deals with right now legit subjects that the western church has sorta manipulated into a mold.. God has mold's for life, I agree~ I am not speaking of such. This will allow you privately or publicly examine your/our faith in Christ... Since it has been published there are web-tools and even work booklets, but it can be read, and applied just by the book. I am well-versed and throw up "red-flags" quickly if something is off kilter with God's Word! Francis Chan may associate with all different types of camps, and even heritical ones, and those who's doctrine is not very sound... But were we not shown this same example with Paul? He observed Jewish rites and customs to reach them! He "Paul" changed to the godly-need of the culture that he was preaching the Cross to. Never departing from God's Word, but flexible enough to be dropped in any culture, and be listened to. Francis is doing the same, and it took my foolishness "years to comprehend" why a trusted pastor or teacher of God's Word was with ______ or at _____ (fill in the blank)..only to realize the need of sound doctrine to such places or people!.. That is what you will get with our brother Francis! Nothing more, and nothing less.. He is very transparent in his walk of faith, and is open about his own struggles and NEVER "as Paul" claims to finally have attained that which God desires us to.. Please give this brother and book a chance. It may change your life, or at least thinking if you approach it with a teachable heart. I did, and went even further into the gifts of teaching, and conveying an active faith in Christ from our brother!.. We (wife and I) been blessed by all his teaching's/ books/ "FREE youtube sermons"/ and the DVD teaching sets he has been faithful to obey God with!... Don't let other names or camps keep you from reading this book! It is for a charismatic to a puritan! (Camp-wise). Thank you Father for all reading who are in a decision-mode to purchase without reservations. You are using the teaching Francis is speaking to many many of your Body of Christ who are spiritually hungry, and debating their faith... We all hear from the same Holy Spirit, if we are Blood Redeemed of Jesus The Christ. Therefore let us unite more in what we agree upon.. This is NOT a bunch of theology that burdens!... Give (not our brother) but test for yourself if this be of God or not!.. And by an extra copy. If you catch this vision spreading more and more among the fairly idle Body here in the free countries (even though that is a farse, and "the fastest" growing amount of people 'coming to the Cross of Christ is in "China -one of the heaviest restricted nations concerning "follower's of Jesus Christ").... I write this as a brother to you by my faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of God indeed! (Acts 8:37)....

Good book is doing wonders for our book club we are learning a lot about our selfs.It is showing us things we never thought we were doing.Yhanks
