Larousse Pocket Dictionary: Spanish-English / English-Spanish (Spanish and English Edition)

Although this dictionary is a good small dictionary, it is missing one important thing. The Spanish to English section does not have pronounciation of the Spanish word. The English to Spanish section does have the pronounciation included after each word. It does not say anywhere that this dictionary is intended only for Spanish speakers who are learning English. Since I am the opposite, when I look up a Spanish word, I need to know if I am pronouncing it correctly, especially if I am placing the accent in the correct place. This sucker is two inches thick! Not exactly my definition of pocket. Very good dictionary...just one to keep on your shelf at home...not to carry around.

I take this book with me every where I go so when I need to look up a word that I don't understand, it's always there.

This has Spanish to English and English to Spanish. My daughter uses it in school and at home. I would recommend this for anyone.
