Excellent organization and presentation

This book contains a ton of info. However, the intelligent use of graphics, color, tables, etc. in this book make it very accessible. (Some of the other books I perused seemed to be harder to follow.) As a first-time father-to-be, I also appreciate Dr. Regan's sensible and sympathetic tone.

Great Book

I thought this was a very informative and well-written book. As a first-time mother-to-be I was scared to death and had no idea what to expect. I felt this book gave me a lot of information and was well-balanced in offering views and information on the the different options and issues concerning pregnancy and childbirth.

Great book!

I was overwhelmed by the number of pregnancy books out there, so when my mom bought me this one I was relieved to have the decision made for me! What I love about this book is that it is very well organized, very informative and has fantastic color photos that illustrate exactly what they are talking about. For example, it explains the down syndrome test with photos of what the scan is looking for---this was so interesting and helpful because I never really understood it when my doctor was explaining it. It also goes into a greater level of detail about things than others do. Overall, I love this book. It is my new go-to guide!
