There are questions for reflection at the end of each chapter, so the format is nice for group discussions. Personally, I'm a mother with two young children and it's not always easy for me to make time for reading. This book, however, is a page-turner with an approachable voice. It was easy to stop and pick-up again whenever I had a free moment. Get this book. You won't be disappointed!
