Gave this book 3 stars because it didn’t have a lot of options for vegans. I’ve done her 10 day smoothie challenge and it worked well so I wanted to try this book. I wasn’t a vegan when I tried the 10 day smoothie challenge. But it has a lot of great recipes in it. But I️ think I’ll do the smoothie part again.
