Another great volume

I hope the anime brings more eyes to this light novel series. I'm surprised at how the author is able to crank out so many great volumes in a short period of time without the losing quality.

In this volume we get to understand the relationships of each of the characters and how they have changed.

Priestess and Goblin Slayer takes on more responsibility. We see GS evolve and Priestess start to find her own way. I like how we get to see Goblin Slayer better understand himself and face conflicting thoughts. In one moment he wasn't able land a fatal blow on a goblin because his mind was focusing on a certain someone.

I'm looking forward to the next volume and the progression of this series.

Spolier-y Review (Short Ver: Good - Wizard Boy annoying - great Priestess moments)

The wizard was so obnoxious, rude, and seems always mad all the time. But, by the end of the book, after what he witnessed and gone through, he mellowed out a bit. Once Priestess mentioned that he's similar to someone she known, and I went "ohhhhhhhh." That’s interesting.

I felt this book is mostly Priestess focus, about her growth as an adventurer. I really loved all her parts: taking a leadership role, looking back at her past year, her promotion. One disappointing thing is that she never told the Wizard Boy about her first party.

Also minor reflection how the past year changed our Goblin Slayer.

It was good for the most part. I want a book to focus on the Rhea girl, she's so likable.

My favorite volume so far; the writing was amazing.

Although this volume didn't focus that much on the crew and goblin slaying, it was still a fun read to see the characters develop.

Even more Goblin Slaying

Kumo Kagyu has delivered yet another well rounded tale of goblin slaying. This time focusing on priestess and a conceited/annoying wizard which we all come to like.

Priestess's Big Moment

Like the change up of how Goblin Slayer's practices are reflected on Priestess. Middle portion dragged out a bit, but when it hit the action and drama sequences, they are packed with action and suspense, can't wait to see how this will come out in the manga. I will continue to follow the story in future volumes.
