I won’t buy a copy to keep

This is bias history. It is not evenly distributed over the USA’s past. It addresses some but the focus is very clear.

Author is openly in support of Communism. Extremely Biased text-book

Not Sure why Eric Foner is considered to be such a great historian by other historians except for the fact that the many other historians are also biased because of how our universities operate. He is openly a communist apologist. He is overly critical of the right side of the political spectrum while refusing to admit when his own party has gone wrong. This textbook displays his bias and disdain for America. Any classroom professor using this text as an objective source of American history without admitting the author is openly biased is guilty of indoctrination. Our professors are supposed to teach us how to think for ourselves in an objective and critical manner. Instead, they are teaching us how to think like a leftist. 20% of humanities professors claim allegiance to the most radical form of leftism, Marxism. I will be looking for education elsewhere when I am finished with my degree at this super biased ABA accredited college. Crictical theory has destroyed our finest academic universities.
