Missing pages!

Ordered this book for rental, arrived in decent condition. Sat down to take a test and realized pages are missing from the very first unit. Very crucial pages of art work that I was quizzed upon and needed to have been able to see.
Extremely unhappy at this moment. I will not be ordering rented books again, for they cannot guarantee I’m getting what I paid for.

I will say, this is a fine author and well organized textbook. This is in no way reflective of the authors.

One Star

I don't like books that talk about feminism, because Milo says feminism is cancer.

The book got here very fast. I have Prime so that could be why. The book is brand new and even had the access code inside of it.

interesting and fun

This was a required textbook for my art class. It is easy to read and really explains the different concepts of art. I Mary half way thru bit and have actually learned a lot. My daughter enjoys looking thru it and seeing what mommy is learning as well.... I will be keeping this one and not selling it back at the end of the semester.

I got this book for school and it looks like the real book but there’s typos all through out it and it is missing like have the letters in certain words. Also at the end of the book it Has print that is printed over again so you can’t read it. Now I have to buy another book and my class has already started. ☹️

Two Stars

A little complicated to follow because descriptions are not near the pictures that they are describing.

(they better not charge me extra for their mistake) Secondly

First thing, I ordered this book as a rental, but received a new book with no rental sticker.
(they better not charge me extra for their mistake)
Secondly, the shipping/processing was all janky and I got charged a day before it arrived at my home.
(which is not okay when you're a broke student)
Third thing, it just now is saying it's on it's way, even though I already have it. Really weird, right?
(someone messed up reaaally bad)

Now onto to the actual book. It's paperback.
But even FOR RENTAL PRICE I paid a whopping $93 bucks plus tax.
THATS RIDICULOUS FOR A PAPERBACK! Not a happy camper with this whole situation.

Excellent textbook

Learned a lot about art. Required textbook for art appreciation. Goes into details about styles, materials, and history. I really enjoyed learning more in depth about featured pieces of work and their artists.

Four Stars

Binding is not the best. My daughter had sections of pages detaching before the end of class.
