Disappointing

I was a huge fan of the books. I made so many of my friends read it...but this last book was just the last drop. 7 books later and we still have no clue who the “good guys” are in the series so to speak. Everyone has done good and bad throughout the books.

I still don’t understand what is going on with the Neverseen!! Why are they doing what they are doing?? Way too many secrets and not enough information. Should I mention that 600 pages were just sooooo boring??

Also, the ending is just terrible! I am tired of the endings!! I don’t have the energy to think of how the next book (1 year from now!!!) will play out only to be disappointed again for another year.

I will switch to another book series and maybe will read online how this story will end...2-3-5 years from now!

I don’t usually give book reviews but this one just made me so angry!

Flashback is amazing!

Just when I think this series can’t get any better Miss Messenger tops herself. I love the characters, her dialog between them is perfect. Her storytelling keeps you wanting to turn the pages, I seriously have a hard time putting it down. I highly recommend this series for yourself and of course for kids!

Amazing Series for a pre-teen!

Letting my daughter write this:
I am 12 years old. I’m a huge fan of Shannon’s writing, and had a count down until the book to come out starting at 280 days. I couldn’t wait for it to arrive! I fell in love with the book, like all her other writings, and couldn’t put the book down!! The way it started was nice. I loved how there was action starting at chapter 6!! It was really great! Some parts seemed to drag on but overall it was amazing!!! Nothing to complain about in this amazing book(even though my favorite couple wasn’t mentioned a lot , I still love my girl Sophie!!) Let’s just say this book is AMAZING!! KOTLC is the best series I’ve ever read. I’ve re-read it 6 times and still can’t put the book down!! So if you read this long dragged on review,(I thank you if so!) the main point is this series is amazing and nothing can beat it!!!

This book was heart-stopping!

Shannon Measenger sure outdid herself in this one, if you thought the others surprised you then you are surely wrong. Three chapters in and I already was crying. A emotional roller-coaster of a ride, it does not disappoint. The only complaints I held against it were that there weren't many interactions with the other characters. It was just mainly Fitz and Sophie. In fact, by the end I felt like Sophie and Keefes relationship totally dissolved. Which was so saddening, because they have always been my favorite, and I love how they lean on each other and rely on the others strengths and weaknesses. I love them.
I loved the idea of a echo though!! That was so unique and well thought out, it gave the characters more depth, and a chance for you to look inside their hearts. Thank you so much Shannon for all the hard work you poured into this master piece, I am so thankful that you keep working tirelessly to put your books on shelves. You are my hero. Abd I see all the effort you put into this. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! A wonderful book full of good messages and string characters.

She could not put it down!

My daughter is a fan of this series so we've been anxiously awaiting the release. She did not put that book down until it was done, often making her late for other activities. Great story.
