"It is fascinating to me how Sawyer Bennett continues to present stories which accomplish so much for her reading public. It is not an easy task to create books and series which on the surface engage a reader with stories easily readand loved." - Wendy, The Star Angels Reviews "Sawyer Bennett has a lot of skill when it comes to writing her heroes with a little bit of darkness in them. Another thing the author excels at is writing diverse and plentiful sexy times, and this couple was no exception, once Kyle decides it's on with Jane, the girl doesn't stand a chance." - Claire, Goodreads reviewer "The storyline was sweet, hot and very entertaining. I found Kyle and Jane amusing, endearing and watching them fall in love kept me turning the pages late into the night." - Irene, FFPassion "Damaged hero and sweet, quirky heroine meet themselves when he doesn't think he deserves the good in his life, and she is determined to help him." - Jayme, JaymeBooks "As with any Sawyer Bennett read she totally burns up the pages with an intense connection between these two and you will find yourself rooting for them from the very start." - Donna, The Romance Cover "I've always admired Bennett's pure talent in writing a wide variety of romance novels and still managing to create something new and different every single time. They all have that seductive twist unique to her writing hand, and she just captures my heart and melts soul, not to mention fire up my insides, every time." - Rentastic Reads "I am a fan of Sawyer and she hit it out of the park again with this book - fun and sexy, with touch of drama. The writing is flawless and will captivate your attention the whole way. LOVED it!" - AC Book Blog "Every single second of this story was just so incredibly entertaining and I had so much fun reading it. I was smiling and laughing and loved getting to know both Kyle and Jane. Loved it!" - Gretchen, About That Story "Sawyer Bennett is a genius, and I love her work, this book is no exception. Highly recommend you pick this one up and find Kyle too." - Monique, Goodreads reviewer "I had no idea how much I needed this book until I started reading it! It made me SO happy! I'm praying Sawyer Bennett is going to give Jane's friend Miranda a book as well, because she was a big part of the humor in this story." - Naughty Book Blog

A great Sawyer Bennett's book
It won't be a surprise if I tell you that I love Sawyer Bennett's books. I love the Cold Fury Hockey series but I think my favourite is the Legal Affairs series (with Cal & Macy). I totally loved these books!
So I was a little disappointed when I started to read the Wicked Horse series and the Sugar Bowl series didn't do it for me. I really wanted to love them. Maybe it wasn't the right time to read them or the story didn't click with me. I honestly don't know. So I really was exciting when I saw that Sawyer Bennett was releasing a new book. Even if her last releases disappointed me I still wanted to read her new book, I needed to find my love for Sawyer Bennett's books.
So let me tell you how happy I was when this book did it for me. I completely fell in love again with Sawyer Bennett's books and it feels so good. You might have see a little bit of Kyle in the 5th book of the Last Call series (Shaken Not Stirred) and in the 5th book of the Wicked horse series (Wicked Bond). If you want to know more about Kyle's sister Andrea, go read With a Twist (Last Call #4). To be honest I haven't read these books before reading Finding Kyle and I wasn't lost. Finding Kyle is a complete stand-alone.
When I read the blurb for Finding Kyle, I was so impatient to read it, I had high expectations for this book and it didn't disappoint. I loved everything about this book (well I only have a tiny complaint).
First thing I loved is the characters. I loved Kyle, he was an undercover ATF agent. He went undercover in a motorcycle club and did horrible things to put them down, leaving him with nightmares and a lot of regrets. After being extracted from the motorcycle club, he was sent to a little city until the trial for protection. It's there he met Jane. I loved the character of Jane. She was fun, I loved how she had a movie quote everytime. I loved how she tried to open up Kyle.
Their relationship happened so naturally. Yes they felt something almost immediately but Kyle didn't want to pursue a relationship with Jane because he knows he is in this city temporary and he doesn't want to start a relationship with an expiration date with Jane. Jane is all the opposite, she is the one pursuing Kyle. She really wanted him to love her. I really enjoyed seeing them becoming a couple.
The story was really good. Everything was there for something, there wasn't too much drama and no necessary things. The tiny complaint I have (I told you I had one) is that for me, the action was too fast. I wanted it to last a little longer, maybe with someone being hurt or only that what happened at that moment in the book was longer. I know it wasn't the focus of the story but well.
I also really like Kyle's sister, Andrea, and her husband Wyatt. We don't see them a lot but enough that I want to know more about them. So I guess I will have to read With A Twist really soon.
I am so happy to finally right a review about a book from Sawyer Bennett. And I am more happy to give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. It was a really great story. If you love Sawyer Bennett's books, I am sure you won't be disappointed with Finding Kyle. It's really a great book to start 2017!

Found a good read in Finding Kyle
Finally! Back to the brand of Sawyer Bennett books that I've become accustomed to. I feel in love with the smoldering character of Kyle Sommerville, the man we've had glimpses of in two previous books written by Sawyer. A man haunted by his past and trying to make amends for the things he's had to do as an undercover agent. He meets the sunny, quirky and very persistent neighbor girl, Jane while he's in hiding awaiting a trial in which he's a witness.
I enjoyed this story immensely and finished it in a day. It had great build-up and back-and-forth, and a number of hot scenes between the two. Written in a similar manner to her Last Call series, which I adored.

Finding Kyle was a great read, I didn't want it to end
Finding Kyle was a great read, I didn't want it to end. The story line was sweet. Jane was funny with her movie quotes, you can feel Jane sunny personality coming off the pages, I can understand why Kyle couldn't turn Jane away. Kyle came off rude, but as you kept reading the moments between Jane and Kyle bought him back to life. Under the hard front there was a man who was suffering from the choices he had to make while undercover. Overall, Finding Kyle was a great read, that left a smile on your face. I'm glad Kyle finally got a happy ever after and found unconditional love with Jane.

Kyle is more than I expected!
Kyle is so much more than I expected. Truly since I went I believed he didn't survive.
He's lived in such darkness and crime with Mission's Mayhem that he cannot see that he may be worthy of something good.
Temptation in the form of quirky, sweet Jane is too much, despite his best efforts to deny himself. She doesn't take no for an answer and those movie quotes?! He can't help himself.
He's honest with her to a point but he trusts no one, especially himself. His past is his present and until its complete, no one is safe and he cannot let himself fully give in.
They are so fun and sweet and hot together! I love Kyle. Now if only Bridget and Maggie could meet the new Kyle Sommerville and his Jane.

Utterly satisfying
I learned something about myself from this book. I love all kinds of romance. I love the diversity of stories as well as the traditional tropes. But what really gets me, what warms my heart the most, is a hero who self-sacrifices for a greater cause. These books bring me comfort, but also satisfies my heart. Finding Kyle is just this kind of book.
It took me a few minutes into the prologue to realize that this is Kyle’s story. Kyle, is first introduced in With a Twist as Andrea Sommerville’s biker brother, reappears in Shaken, Not Stirred as Tenn Jenning’s friend, and most recently is in Wicked Bond as a Maggie Waylon’s savior and murdered ATF agent. But obviously, his death is staged and he is in protective custody waiting to testify against the leaders of the motorcycle gang involved in all kinds of nefarious and illegal activities. It gave me a special kind of thrill when I realized that Kyle was alive and getting his own story.
Kyle’s time with Mayhem’s Mission comes with a deep cost. Kyle joins the ATF after a friend goes missing and is suspected of being sold into white slavery. Mayhem’s Mission is known be a player in human trafficking. Kyle is committed to taking down this motorcycle gang. Getting into the gang is difficult enough, he has to prove that he is trustworthy. He cannot react to the illicit and illegal things he sees and has to engage in what would normally be questionable behavior. “I’ve become so roughened over the years -- so criminalized -- I feel like I barely resemble a normal human being.” It hurts me to think about the things he had to accept undercover. Being undercover damages his soul.
While waiting to testify against the gang and a corrupt state senator, Kyle relocates to Maine where he takes on the job of lighthouse keeper. Jane Cresson is his cute neighbor who does not take “no” for an answer. When I think of Jane, the word “guileless” comes to mind. She is straightforward. She has no pretense, but is also not in your face. There is something pure about Jane. Kyle describes her as having an “internal light”. For me, the best thing about Jane is that she is a movie-quoting goofball full of personality. Just my kind of gal. Apparently, Kyle feels the same way:
"I look at Jane Cresson and realize I’ve been missing out in the reality of life. I’ve been completely without those little things that make life worth living. Good friends and family, a sense of belonging, and a joy-filled life. My life so far has been nothing but subsistence, and not a very fulfilling one at that."
I love how Jane draws him out, helps him find his footing into the real world where people experience both pain and joy, and lightens his soul.
Sawyer Bennett is known for writing from dual perspectives. It allows her readers to really get into the mind and hearts of her characters. This device really works well here, perhaps even the best of any of her other works. The voices are distinct, the storyline compelling. I finished reading the epilogue with a big smile on my face. Utterly satisfying.
I was provided a pre-publication copy of this book by the publisher for review purposes.

Sweet, quirky, hot as hell! Finding Kyle is a must read for any fan of Sawyer Bennett!
Kyle is a mysterious, brooding man that has a lot of secrets and regrets. There's so much more to him than his past. We get to see a side, that once he loosens up, will make any girl swoon.
Jane is quirky and I absolutely loved her movie quotes!! She never ceases to amaze me. I laughed so much while reading her POV. She definitely was a breath of fresh air.
Jane and Kyle's relationship is complicated. I understood why he wanted to distance his self but I loved how Jane wouldn't let him. She was persistent but with that can come a heartbreak like no other.
Finding Kyle is a different type of romance. A slow burn that keeps building up right until the very ending. It's not as suspenseful as I thought it would be but what it lacked in that made up in the writing and the way how Sawyer held you captivated in the story and the characters from the very first page. I absolutely loved it!

Kyle's meets his Match!
First of all I loved Jane. She was a quirky, fun and persistent! She saw Kyle and just wanted to meet him even tho he was obviously trying to ignore her. Kyle is hiding something and she is determine to figure him out.
We met Kyle in a previous book and I was surprise to when I realize this was his book. Kyle is in hiding after being undercover in a notoriously cruel and criminal MC gang. He has done many awful things while being with the gang in order to take them down. He hiding in Jane's little town until the trail begins. He feels enormous guilt for the things he has done while being apart of the gang. He knows his is now near good enough for a girl like Jane. But she proves to hard to resist. I love how Jane kept pushing and breaking down his barriers. There is so much she just doesn't know and he is sure if she knew the real him she would run screaming!
This book is a standalone story.

Finding 5 stars
I can't even put into words what this story was. Sawyer has blown me away. This was something so different than anything I have ever read from her prior. I could not put this down. I fought sleep to read this.
Kyle is someone with such a dark past. What he did haunts him and he is hoping to hide out without interruption. Jane is having none of that. She wants to know him and not just in that neighborly way small towns are famous for.
Jane is the "sweet" art teacher. She is a hometown girl, I mean she lives about 3 blocks from her parents. She is intrigued with her new neighbor in the lighthouse across the street for more than his amazing abs. She may have attempted to murder him with her muffins, but not everyone is blessed with the baking gene. She knows getting involved with Kyle will be bad for her heart, but she cannot deny her feelings as they spend more time together.
Sawyer is so creative with making the settings she does. I could picture the lighthouse, harbor, and that front step. I was so enraptured with Kyle and Jane. I was rooting from the beginning for his past to not catch up to him.
I loved Miranda as well. She was who I would strive to be if I was written into a story. She is sassy, spunky, and the best friend.

Kyle gets his time in the spotlight!!
I loved reading Kyle's story. I think it wraps up the end of Wicked Bond series, but also ties in the Last Call series by Sawyer Bennett. I thought Jane was really cute and the perfect match for Kyle. The plot build up was perfect for these two characters. You always got the sense of danger lurking, but also wanted Kyle to find a way to move on from his past.
If there's any downside, I'd say it was how short of an altercation there was with the bad guys. I would have thought there would be a more sinister plot to get revenge on Kyle. I understand the story is about Kyle and Jane, but Kyle spent 3 years undercover with some of the worst people.
Either way, the story was great, the characters were wonderful, and the ending was perfect. Another great addition by Sawyer Bennett!!
