LOVE this book! The recipes are easy and delicious not to mention that the serving sizes are generous. I've made multiple recipes from the book many more than once. Splenda is the one thing that you need to have on hand for many of the recipes. Other than that many of the recipes call for things you will most likely have on hand. I like the fact that the recipes have the nutritional information. I've made some things for company and they had no idea the recipes were low fat/sugar etc.
