Long Winded

In the book, Dandelion Summer there is nice interaction between the old man, Norman and Epiphany the young girl that comes to clean and care for him in this own. I find the dynamics of daughter, Deborah to be very realistic with many children being overbearing of their parents and the parents end up resenting the care. I found that the story was not real deep and meaningful beyond my thoughts above. Skip this book for your library if your looking for a deeper message

Excellent

This is an excellent book with a story that gives much food for thought. The thing that I brought away from Dandelion Summer is that there can be usefulness and purpose for those in the winter of life. It also illustrates how different generations can benefit when meaningful and purposeful relationships are developed. Dandelion Summer will stay with you long after you read the last page.

Wonderful book!

This is one of the most enjoyable books I've ever read by Wingate; I was really sad to see it end! I could not tell how it was possibly going to end well!
It took a long time to get to me, tho still w/in the time limit stated by the seller or Amazon.

A story that passes the test of time

Dandelion Summer, has been by far my most favorite book! As I am reading it again more things pop out! The story of a little town, that went from high class to the right and wrong side of the streets. Lisa Has a way of walking you through a story that you never want to end! This one is sticking with me. Check out Lisa's latest here: [[ASIN:B0064X8B4O Dandelion Summer (Blue Sky Hill Series)]]

one sweet summer

There is no doubt. That. Lisa Wingate is a talented author. One thing I alway's enjoy. Is the real life character's. My only complaint is that the novel ended to abruptly and to neatly. Many characters from paast books are in the story. This is a nice sweet read. Keep on writing Mrs. Wingate you are always a favorite..
