Great Stepping Stone

This is a great beginner guide for people interested in learning about chakras or becoming interested in crystal energy. I read this cover to cover in about 30 mins. It's a pretty quick read since the words are big and book is thin. There are diagrams and pictures in the book to help further explain for visual learners. Although this book is informative it should be viewed as simply a stepping stone, you might consider more specific books on one subject at a time for a better understanding.
