Huge sticker ruined the book

Huge sticker right on the front of the book- over the title- that’s impossible to remove. Tried to take it off carefully and it tore off half the title of the book. Was supposed to be a gift now I can’t use it at all. Why would anyone put the sticker there?!??

Abridged Version..

Cute book. It has the same picture as the one we rent from the library but this is the abridged version which I’m kind of bummed about. I didn’t know that the board book wouldn’t be the same as the original as it seems like there’s plenty of room for the writing. But either way the pictures are still the cutest.

Love this adorable and adventurous counting book

I absolutely adore this book and the author/illustrator. We have many of her other books. I opted to get this title as a board book for my two boys (3 and 1.5) but my older daughter grew up with the hardcover alphabet one and that’s still a favorite of ours as well. It’s held up well. The animal/dinosaur illustrations are adorable and whimsical and adventurous. It’s not just a number book, but has a little story as well, and it involves all the best things in life (reading, cake, outdoor adventures, etc.). Each page has the number represented by the number of animals. Perfect for boys and girls!!

Photo (1) shows book cover after owning it about a month and a half and reading it often. It’s got some denting around the edges, but that’s typical for us when the cover is a matte board book. Photo (2) shows one of the cute pages inside.

Best counting book I’ve found!

I wanted a variety of topics for my board books for my infant- counting ones were often not very high quality. This book offers a wealth of things to talk about while reading with baby. Each page has many items present in the number being covered so there will be 4 berries in each bunch or 6 flowers in a group- this book will really grow with my child and allow us to bond so well over a cute book! Well illustrated and written to provide lots of learning opportunity!

So cute

Such a cute counting book. The illustrations are so beautifully done. Love the little story being told with each number and all the little things to spot in each page. Every time we read it our little one spots a new thing to point out. The board book is a great quality and the matte finish is great. It’s not to heavy for little hands to hold or carry around.

My baby's favorite book

Like many parents, I've ended up reading the same book over and over again. But when it comes to the Barefoot Critters series, I don't mind. The illustrations are so packed with charming little storytelling details that I notice something new every time I read the book. My baby loves the details too, pointing out the little birds and butterflies on each page.

Beautiful art and easy to read

I love the art. My son (2 and a half) and I read them every night before bed and he is learning his numbers very quickly. He also likes to describe the scenes and point out the objects and animals which is great. Easy to read and the numbers are bold. Love it!

STUNNING

This is the cutest lil book I’ve ever seen. Absolutely stunning. And it even smelled good... like a boutique and not like a warehouse. Is that weird I love that?? I LOVE the board book. I haven’t purchased the regular sized book but the board book was seriously the cutest.
