Poor formatting and no hyperlinking make this a waste of money and time

This is a terrible Kindle book. It can't be searched. It is formatted strangely and the text is too large and not resizeable. The table of contents and the index are not hyperlinked. There is no internal cross-referencing so you cannot find a term in one drug entry and then click on it to find the main entry for that term. It would have been better for me to buy and lug around the paper.
