Couldn't stand the material the cover was made of!

I haven't been able to read it because the cover is made of some horrible rubbery, slimy material (hard to describe) that I can't bear to touch. I tried, and felt like I had to wash my hands! I really hope this is not a trend!

Fantastic Book Just For Dealing With Life, Open Your Mind.

I found this book to be a brilliant incite into dealing with life's up's and down's. I almost didn't buy this book based on the title on the cover. I personally didn't have issues with anxiety, fear and panic but as I leafed through it reading snippets here and there it became quite clear this book centers around a "technique" that when practiced and thoroughly applied brings amazing results. My advice to anyone who has ever struggled from time to time truly understanding your own thoughts, processes and learning how to let them be would be impressed (to say the least) with Mindfulness Meditation and this book is an awesome guide IMHO. Buy it....read it...More importantly, open your mind and try it, there is no way to lose.
