do some good, then do it again

Capitalize on happiness. We have some unconscious choices we need to be mindful of. The text is well written, and encourages reflective thoughts.
The author encourages positive communication- trumpet the horn, associate with others like yourself, move to becoming more active.
I liked the mindful thought to send positive notes daily. I've tried to implement this and it's been incredible- the more you give, the more you receive- it's brought me to tears. Try it. Share some love.

Wanna Learn How To Enjoy #LessThanPositive people? ;)

As a Student-Athlete I enjoyed a combination of discipline, challenge, organization, expansion and FUN!

If you are inspired by those things as well then I believe you are gonna LOVE 'Broadcasting Happiness' by @MichelleGielan ;)

The discipline & the organization are found in the research and the quality experiments conducted as a consumer, curator and creator. The Expansion & Challenge come when you find yourself in a position to contemplate your beliefs (& current cultural narrative) to see if concepts like the 4 C's, the Power Lead, the 2 min drill and Transformative Journalism, are components of a paradigm you want to help usher in.

The FUN comes in the form of stories about Frogs, CEO's, Peace Officers and caring parents (lots of those, doing the best they can) and how as a 'race' (The Human Race) we are ALL Spiritual Beings designed to CANI (constantly and never-endingly improve) Spiritually, Mentally & Physically.

So if you want to Contribute to the Well-Being of Team-Humanity (or just find out who 'Mooshie-Pooh' is) do yourself a favor and grab a copy of 'Broadcasting Happiness!' ~#TheEmpathyGuy

PS And as the headline suggests, you get a whole chapter dedicated to dealing with the #LessThanPositive people in your life ;)
