This is adorable and so helpful!

We bought this book for my 3 year old who has big feelings and had trouble calming down when he’d get upset. He didn’t want to hear this book at first but after a few times of reading it he was loving it. He would do the alphabreaths motions and breathing and he was very proud to show it off. Sometimes he will go into a corner in his room where this book is and just say “I need a minute by myself” and he will do some deep breaths. I highly recommend this book.

Helpful for calming down

My son’s favorite breath is the Voice Breath and it makes him laugh every time! So when I’m upset or frustrated I try to do it to help calm down and help model that for him to try when he’s upset

GREAT book for kiddos with anxiety or big emotions, but something we all could use!

This book walks you through different ways to breathe, and helps kids to visualize and do it/remember how. It's brilliant. Our six year old daughter struggles with anxiety so much so that it can effect her sleep. We read this book often as a refresher. The breathing exercises in it are a great way to calm down before bed, but also wonderful to practice and memorize for when worry/fear/anxiety hit.
