Just a warning, the author is a vegetarian. She has substuted animal based ingredients with vegetarian items, like no sour cream or mayonaise. I had to figure out how to return the recipes for us omnivores. I still haven't figured out what she is using cashew nuts for. Cashews are not very healthy.

No Color Photos

After lots of research & reading others' reviews, I decided this was the book was for me. Boy was I wrong. I was so disappointed to find there are no color photos in the book. For anyone who is trying to get motivated to make a lot more salads, black & white photos do NOTHING... as a matter of fact, black & white photos do nothing for ANY recipe book. VERY disappointed. -Will be looking for one with color photos- something I think ALL recipe books should ALWAYS include.
